The Religio-Philosophical Journal was published in Chicago, Illinois from 1865 to 1905. Its history is detailed in the IAPSOP database, along with scans of many issues.

It was advertised as:

a large, 8-page weekly journal devoted to the religious and scientific aspects of Spiritualism. The Journal has a world-wide circulation, its subscribers residing over a quarter of the globe. Among its contributors are some of the best known writers of the Western Hemisphere.[1]
