Mary Gebhard (née L’Estrangge) (1832 - 1892). She married to Consul Gustav Gebhard in 1852. She made the acquaintance of Eliphas Levi and studied Kabbalah under his tuition until his death in 1875.
Mme. Blavatsky lived with the Gebhards from August to October 1884, and again in May and June, 1886.
She received a letter from Master K.H., and also saw Master M.
