Charles Blech was General Secretary of the Theosophical Society in France from 1908-1934. He oversaw "the construction of the impressive headquarters building situated in the heart of Paris and still owned by the TS today."[1]

In 1905, he became a member of the General Council of the Theosophical Society based in Adyar, and was listed as a retired manufacturer.[2]
