The Plaster Plaque or Plaster Cast phenomenon involved Mr. Sinnett at Allahabad, and Mme. Blavatsky and others in Bombay.

Mr. Sinnett received a precipitated note from one of the Masters telling him to search for something he left in Sinnett's library. There, the latter found a piece of plaster plaque; a corner broken off.

Meanwhile, in Bombay, a Paris plaster mould for a portrait had fallen to the floor and broken into several pieces. When the party tried to rearrange the pieces in order to glue them together, they found out the corner was missing.
