Rajput Press, September 1910, from The Theosophical Messenger

.

The Rajput Press was a publishing house established in 1907 by Dr. Weller Van Hook of the American Theosophical Society, using his own funds. It was located for some time at 31 N. State Street, Chicago, Illinois. Around June, 1910, its print shop was established at 103 N. State Street.[1]

Most of the books and pamphlets published were written by Theosophists. In addition, Rajput Press produced the Secton journal, The Theosophic Messenger and a magazine, Universal Masonry, edited by Chicago Theosophist Minnie C. Holbrook.[2]
