Olcott is the name of the the headquarters campus for the Theosophical Society in America. The land was purchased in 1925, and the headquarters building was completed two years later. From the original ten acres, the estate has expanded to about forty. In addition to its administrative functions, the campus is a home to the Quest Bookshop, community gardening, Prairie School of DuPage, and the new Olcott Arboretum.
