Robert Bowen Notes is a set of instructions that Robert Bowen (1816-1908) recorded from conversations with Helena Petrovna Blavatsky on how to study her masterwork The Secret Doctrine. The notes were first published in 1932 in Theosophy in Ireland by his son Captain Patrick Gillman Beamish Bowen.
