Helena Petrovna Blavatsky was co-founder of the Theosophical Society in 1875 with Henry Steel Olcott, William Quan Judge, and others. They brought the ancient teachings called Theosophy to the modern world.

The H. P. Blavatsky House-Museum is the mansion where Helena Petrovna Blavatsky was born, and where she spent her early years. It is in Dnepropetrovsk [formerly known as Ekaterinoslav] in Ukraine. Since its renovation by Ukrainian and Russian Theosophists in 2013, the house-museum has been the site of many lectures and conferences.

The Theosophical Order of Service is collecting funds to aid refugees during the current crisis in Ukraine.
