Alan Leo was a British astrologer, author, and publisher, and a member of the Theosophical Society.

Personal life

Theosophical Society involvement

Alan Leo was admitted as a member of the Theosophical Society in Hampstead on April 14, 1891, less than a month before the death of its founder, Helena Petrovna Blavatsky.[1] His address at that time was given as 9 Lyncroft Gardens, London, N.W.
