Georgine Northrup Wetherill Smith, later known as Georgine Shillard-Smith, was an American artist and arts patron, and a member of the Theososphical Society in America. She was responsible for commissioning the murals that were painted for the L. W. Rogers Building on the Society's headquarters campus. She also donated other art works and a large parcel of land.

Mrs. Wetherill Smith was born in Philadelphia on March 3, 1973.[1] As of 1910, she was married to Charles L. Smith. He was a wool merchant, and she was listed in the 1910 census as an artist with a studio.[2] In 1920, C. Shillard Smith, Georgine, and daughter Christine were living in the Krotona colony in Los Angeles. The 1930 and 1940 censuses showed her married to C. Shillard Smith, living in Edgewater Park, Burlington, NJ. They had a daughter Christine who was born about 1911. Mrs. Smith died in October 12, 1955 in Pinellas, Florida, but was buried in Philadelphia.
