S. T. Krishnama Charya or S. T. Kristnama Charya (also known as S. T. K***Chary) was a Hindu member of the Theosophical Society who according to Mme. Blavatsky was a "regular and high chela" of the Masters of Wisdom,[1] and lived in Pondicherry, India.
He was one of the disciples that signed the "Protest"[2] to Mr. Hume's article published in The Theosophist in Sept., 1882, p. 326.
At Mme. Blavatsky's request, he published a response to the article "Cosmical Rings and Rounds" by "A Student of Occultism" (Mr. Hume) in The Theosophist, June, 1883, p. 232.[3] A mention to this by Mahatma K. H. is found in Mahatma Letters No. 111 and 113.
He also wrote "A Catechism of the Arya Dharma of Goutama Buddha", a modified version of H. S. Olcott's The Buddhist Catechism "to point out the resemblances between Brahmanism and Buddhism".[4]
