The man sent by me last night was a Ladakee chela and had nothing to do with you. What you just said about "initiation" is true. Any Fellow who truly and sincerely repents ought to be taken back. As you see I am with you constantly.

NOTES:

• Ladakee refers to Ladakh, a region of Jammu and Kashmir, the northernmost state under the control of the Republic of India, but claimed by Pakistan.

These two notes are in red ink on a single sheet of folded heavy white paper, about 6" X 9" [15.2 X 22.9 cm] in size. One letter is written diagonally across one side and the other is written diagonally across the reverse side.
