'''H. M. Stevens''' was one of the [[Founding of the Theosophical Society|founding members]] of the [[Theosophical Society]]. On [[September 8]], 1875, a meeting took place to organize the Society. Mr. Stevens was appointed along with [[Henry J. Newton]] and [[Charles Sotheran]] to a committee instructed to draft a constitution and bylaws for the organization. Nothing else is known of Mr. Stevens.
