Its purpose is to aid in collaborations of editors and administrators of different language wikis.

== Common templates ==
It is possible to use templates from the other Theosophy wikis. For example to place the table of contents (TOC) to the right side, one can use the template '''<nowiki>{{TOC right}}</nowiki>''' from the English wiki. To do that in the '''English wiki''', just add this line:

== Interwiki == 

*[[Special:Interwiki | The Interwiki table]] holds links to all related and friendly wiki projects. Presence in this table makes possible short links to the pages of other wikis, whether they are the various language editions in the Theosophy Wiki family or unrelated Theosophical wikis. It is good idea to add to this table all Theosophical wikis. 

For example if we add the URL for Teopedia Library, we can use this short link:

That approach will provide more secure links and will save editor a lot of time if the URL of destination wiki changes (like in case of tswiki.net --> theosophy.wiki)

== Edittools ==

The [[MediaWiki:Edittools|Edittools]] page holds text which will be placed below the edit window. 

This tool is very useful for editors so they can easily cut and paste '''special characters and symbols'''. It can be configured for every wiki separately or could be included from another wiki (See ''Common templates'' above).

It is configured now for English and Russian wikis.

== Gems from the East (multilingual) ==

There is an extension '''HPBQuote''' to add quote from ''Gems from the East'' to the page with tag '''<nowiki><hpbquote></hpbquote></nowiki>''', but it is localized for English wiki too tight. As I have learned from code there is no way to optimize it for several languages (with different page structure and names). So I have wrote a new extension '''DailyQuote''' which reads quote from file and places it in article where '''<nowiki><dailyquote></dailyquote></nowiki>''' tag is used. See [[:ru:|Russian]] wiki start page.

So in order to place Gems into other wiki we need to create text file with one quote in line + localized name of the book "Gems from the East" in very first line. It makes 367 lines in file (29 of February should be present as well - it is not originally). Pass this file to [[User:Patrick Layden|Patrick]]. He knows what to do further. After he confirms changes just the place line
