Help:Redirects

In order to redirect a search term to a wiki page with a different name, you can use the #REDIRECT command.

For example, if you want to create a quick way to get to the name Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, you can create a redirect page with her initials "hpb" as the title of the page. The only line on that page should be:
#REDIRECT [[Helena Petrovna Blavatsky]]

For non-English words with alternative spellings and diacritical marks, always redirect from simple English spellings to the most widely accepted modern spelling and diacriticals. For example, the article Śiva is redirected from "Shiva" and "Siva".
