Moksha (devanāgarī: मोक्ष mokṣa) is a Sanskrit word that means "liberation" from samsara, the cycle of death and rebirth or reincarnation and all of the suffering and limitation of worldly existence. It is a state of absolute freedom, peace and bliss.
