The letter that the Master promised to write through Bombay is Mahatma Letter No. 54.
Physical description of letter
The original is in the British Library, Folio not identified. According to George Linton and Virginia Hanson,
Seven words in KH script on one side of a sheet of paper. On back: "A. P. Sinnett."[1]
