Huston Cummings Smith (May 31, 1919 – December 30, 2016) was an American scholar of comparative religions. His textbook The World's Religions sold over three million copies. Dr. Smith lectured at the national headquarters of the Theosophical Society in America and wrote an article for its magazine The Quest.
