Robert Restalrig Logan was a member of the Theosophical Society in America who headed the Theosophical Order of Service for many years. He and his wife Sara Northrup Wetherill Logan hosted many Theosophists and artists at their estate, "Sarobia," near Eddington, Pennsylvania. Guests included Jiddu Krishnamurti, Richard Blossom Farley, and Dr. James H. Cousins. Logan's name descends from a long line of Scottish lords.

"Many members will remember the many years of service given to the Society by Mr. Robert R. Logan, who passed away on June 17, 1956. Mr. Logan's home at Sarobia, near Eddington, Pennsylvania, was the scene of many of the early talks by Mr. J. Krishnamurti, and for several years Mr. Logan was the national head of the T. O. S."
