According to Readers Guide to The Mahatma Letters to A. P. Sinnett:
Deb, Gwala or Guala K., a chela of KH. He was 30 years of age in 1882. See ML index; also ML index under Babaji and Dharbagiri Nath.[1]
He was mentioned in Mahatma Letter No. 65 as a person who could convey papers from Sinnett and Hume to the Mahatmas.
