Errors in publication

An error related to Appendix I appears in several versions of this book. See page 371 of the ULT website to see an example. In this Appendix, the essay "Death" by Éliphas Lévi appears in the left column, with the comments by Mahatma KH appearing in boldface at the right. Note 13 has the error: "He will be reborn remaining unconscious as in the transition." The word "as" should be removed.
