Discovery was published monthly from 1946 to 1976 by the Theosophical Society in America, edited by James S. Perkins. It was a four-page leaflet featuring short articles of interest to members and especially suitable for the general public. The fourth page was blank so that lodges could print their own timely announcements. Lodges and individuals purchased bundles of Discovery each month for use in promoting local programs. The leaflet cost $.015 per copy.
