Pearl F. Dower was the third Guardian-in-Chief of the Temple of the People, serving in that role from 1937-1968.
Pearl Frances Wilshire was born on August 27, 1886 in Oregon.
She died on April 5, 1968 and was buried in Halcyon Cemetery.[1]
