Elliott B. Page
Elliott B. Page was an early member of the Theosophical Society in the United States. He formed The Arjuna Lodge in St. Louis in 1882, and was appointed to the American Board of Control in 1884.

Theosophical Society involvement
Elliot B. Page, William Kelsoe, and associates, applied to establish a branch or lodge of the Theosophical Society, which was then headquartered at Adyar, Madras, India. On September 17, 1882 the application was signed by H.S. Olcott, President, and H.P. Blavatsky, Corresponding Secretary. It was the third lodge that had been chartered, after the London Lodge and Rochester [New York] Lodge, and was the second to be granted a charter in the United States.

He corresponded with Thomas Moore Johnson, the "Missouri Platonist," and the letters have been published in Letters to the Sage.
